CASEM was created by Charlie A’Court and launched in 2017 as a means to celebrate young musicians, CASEM helps foster the future of world-class musicianship Nova Scotia has come to be known for.
CASEM is partnered with the Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development as part of a larger suite of awards. Known as the Minister’s Awards for Creative Excellence in Arts, the awards are designed to recognize students who have excelled in the creative arts discipline.
